 Woodland is a peaceful, big “small town” of 52,000 residents with a rich agricultural legacy. It is the seat of Yolo County, and features a historic downtown section with lovely old houses and tree lined streets. There are 160 acres of public parks, good schools, and a sense of community as well as proximity to Sacramento International Airport, San Francisco, Napa Valley and Lake Tahoe.
